The success we've seen is thanks in large part, to our long-standing partnership with DocuWare.
This year, we marked 29 years as a DocuWare Partner and 20 years as a Kodak Alaris Partner. We’ve continued to draw on our extensive experience to address our clients’ document management needs. From a stationery spin off business to a well-respected name in digital document management solutions, we’ve expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients and have continuously adapted to advancements in technology.

A key highlight of this year was our team’s visit to the DocuWorld Conference in May. Held annually, DocuWorld is DocuWare’s flagship event, bringing together document management professionals, industry experts, and DocuWare partners from around the globe. It’s an invaluable opportunity to connect, learn, and exchange ideas.
During the conference, we had the chance to attend sessions covering the latest advancements in DocuWare, as well as hands-on workshops demonstrating new product features. The event underscored DocuWare’s commitment to innovation, with a strong focus on enhancing AI-driven document processing, improved integration with popular business applications, and further strengthening security. Our time at DocuWorld was incredibly valuable, helping us understand the direction of DocuWare’s technology and solidifying our role as a forward-thinking partner for our clients.
We also had the opportunity to meet with other DocuWare partners and users, gaining insights into how organisations across industries are leveraging the platform to solve their unique challenges. The experience was both inspiring and energising, reinforcing our belief in DocuWare as a critical tool for modernising business processes. We returned from DocuWorld with renewed excitement to implement the latest features and best practices, helping our clients realise even greater value from their document management systems.

Wernick Group - A leader in modular construction, Wernick Group needed a solution to streamline document management across their diverse operations. DocuWare’s automation capabilities have enabled them to handle complex project documentation with greater ease, ensuring smoother collaboration and faster access to information. An integration with rental software was central to this project which we developed in-house.
CW Plant Hire - In the construction equipment rental industry, CW Plant Hire required a secure, accessible document management solution for their field operations. With DocuWare, they’ve successfully digitized document workflows, enabling remote access and reducing their reliance on physical paperwork.
JP Tutoring - This tutoring business required a secure way to manage client information and ensure confidentiality. DocuWare’s secure storage and robust compliance features have helped JP Tutoring build a paperless environment, streamlining processes while protecting sensitive information.
Strathallan School - The prestigious Strathallan School adopted DocuWare to handle student records, staff files, and administrative paperwork. By digitising their records, the school has enhanced security and accessibility, freeing up resources to focus on educational priorities.
