To provide some context of these awards, Platinum Partner status is given to the top DocuWare partners globally for the volume of sales achieved in a calendar year. The Customer Service Award is given to DocuWare partners with a sub 3% cancellation rate. And finally, the coveted Diamond Club Membership is awarded to the best all round performing DocuWare partners globally.
